Most properties are 1 person offices and you are not allowed to leave for lunch or lock the office to go to the restroom. Multiple properties have to share 1 maintenance guy and out of all their dfw properties only 1 maintenance guy is hvac certified.

I was expected to work all day every day. My phone would ring at midnight from accounting, my email would blow up until 2am expecting a response.
